These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") govern the relationship between Chelsea888 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Chelsea888 online gaming platform available at chelsea888.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Service").

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Membership and use of the Chelsea888 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Chelsea888 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all casino and sports betting activities on the Platform. This minimum age applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial organisation or third party.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the Chelsea888 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or associated accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all related accounts.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Chelsea888 may cross-reference the information provided against public records or third-party verification services to confirm authenticity.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong password unique to your Chelsea888 Account;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify Chelsea888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party.

Chelsea888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, nor for losses resulting from your authorised or unauthorised disclosure of login details to another person.

4.3 KYC Verification

Chelsea888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill — to verify your identity before making a withdrawal. Chelsea888 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

Chelsea888 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT TRC20, Bitcoin, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.

• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method. Please consult the cashier section of the Platform for current minimum and maximum deposit limits.
• Chelsea888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Deposits made from a third-party account may be refunded and will delay withdrawal processing.
• Chelsea888 does not impose deposit fees on Members. However, processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are beyond Chelsea888's control and are the Member's responsibility.
• Deposits made to your Chelsea888 Account are not interest-bearing. The Company does not act as a bank or financial institution and does not offer returns on deposited funds aside from gaming winnings.

Members may request withdrawal of eligible funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and any applicable bonus terms.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the Member's registered name and that was used for a prior deposit, except where Chelsea888 approves an alternative method in writing.
• All outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be processed.
• Chelsea888 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, including for first-time withdrawals, withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds, or where suspicious account activity has been flagged.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum will be declined.
• Chelsea888 targets processing of eligible withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the Payment Methods Guide on the Platform (typically: instant to 10 minutes for e-wallets and DuitNow; 15–40 minutes for cryptocurrency). These are target timeframes, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party processing times, KYC requirements, or operational factors.
• Chelsea888 does not apply withdrawal fees. Network fees for cryptocurrency withdrawals are borne by the Member.

Chelsea888 offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and other time-limited promotions. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Each welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible Account. Duplicate account holders are not eligible for any promotional offers.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time of offer.
• A maximum bet limit applies while bonus funds are active. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum (typically MYR 250–500 per round) while a bonus is in use constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in the applicable promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated bonus validity window will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.
• Certain bonuses carry a maximum cash-out limit, representing the maximum amount of bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn regardless of total winnings generated. This limit is stated in the specific promotion's terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Chelsea888 actively monitors accounts for indicators of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing systematically low-risk bets solely to clear wagering requirements (so-called "bonus hunting"), using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting technical errors to claim promotional credits. Chelsea888 reserves the right to void bonuses, recalculate winnings, or terminate accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Chelsea888 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or under false or borrowed identities;
• Participating in any form of collusion, cheating, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool, data scraper, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in games or platform infrastructure for financial gain;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or may constitute money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activities or funds to which you do not have lawful title;
• Accessing the Platform if you are a self-excluded player or if you know you are subject to a court order, regulatory direction, or other legally binding restriction on gambling;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Chelsea888 staff or other platform users;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any Platform software.

All Content on the Chelsea888 Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, trademarks, logos, brand identifiers, website design, layout, code, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of Chelsea888 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform Content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform Content;
• Use Chelsea888's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation;
• Sub-license, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any aspect of the Platform or its Content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content constitutes an infringement of Chelsea888's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Chelsea888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Chelsea888 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill;
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond Chelsea888's reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, and third-party system failures;
• Errors or inaccuracies in live betting odds or game results arising from data feed issues or technical malfunctions, provided Chelsea888 takes reasonable steps to rectify known errors;
• Losses arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Losses arising from a Member's use of the Platform in breach of applicable local laws or these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Chelsea888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Chelsea888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Eligibility failure — including discovery that a Member is under 21 years of age;
• Account inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive calendar months (dormant account policy — Members will be notified in advance of any balance deduction relating to dormancy fees, where applicable);
• A Member's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon termination for cause, Chelsea888 may withhold funds pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach involving financial misconduct, the withheld funds may be forfeited in their entirety. If no misconduct is confirmed, eligible funds will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Chelsea888 support. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved, and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Voluntary closure requests will be actioned within 5 business days of confirmation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chelsea888 holds its operating licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of a dispute, complaint, or grievance, Members are encouraged to first contact Chelsea888 customer support in order to seek an informal resolution. Chelsea888 commits to acknowledging all formal written complaints within 3 business days and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt.

13.2 Dispute Records

Chelsea888 maintains logs of all game rounds, transaction records, and support interactions. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, Chelsea888's server-side records shall be treated as the authoritative record, subject to any manifest technical error. Members who identify what they believe to be a technical error should report it to support immediately and cease play pending investigation.

13.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
